Location: London - Please ensure you live no more than a 60 minute commute from the site.

Annual Salary: £29,870

Hours/Working Pattern: 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off
What You'll Be Doing:

Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.

Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and elevate concerns to the building manager as needed.

Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.

Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residentsensuring a smooth communication and pick up.

Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.

Safety Checks:Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol,Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.

Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
What You'll Bring:

Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
