We’re looking for a proactive Concierge to join our dynamic team in the heart of London.

- Location: London 1
- Annual Salary: £29,500
- Hours/Working Pattern: 4 On 4 Off, 8pm-8am
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome and assist – greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home; handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
- Problem‑solving – address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Security – conduct regular site walk‑arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
- Parcel management – handle and record deliveries for residents to ensure smooth communication and pick‑up.
- Maintain presentation – keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
- Safety checks – look out for health & safety hazards on site patrol, assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
- Local knowledge – offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
- What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, can‑do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
