- Hours/Working Pattern: 7 pm–7 am, 4 on 4 off
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist residents and visitors, handling queries and maintenance requests.
- Problem‑solving: address issues promptly, including maintenance and emergencies, escalating to the building manager as needed.
- Security: conduct regular site walk‑arounds, check IDs and monitor CCTV.
- Parcel management: handle and record deliveries ensuring smooth communication and pick‑up.
- Maintain presentation: keep the concierge area and lobby presentable.
- Safety checks: identify health and safety hazards, assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
- Local knowledge: offer advice and recommendations about the area to enhance residents’ experience.
Qualifications
- Experience as a concierge is a plus, but strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Health & safety qualifications advantageous but not essential.
