This position is responsible for the quality and stock integrity of the equipment across the EMEA Region. Instigate and monitor quality control of all hire assets, balancing need, risk and cost efficiency. Contribute to and implement overall business strategies related to how equipment is tested to meet compliance, safety and function whilst being efficient and within budget. Supporting all Business functions through continued development of an equipment utilization program and sharing of best practices. This position will report into the Warehouse & Supply Chain Director.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Drive Results - Work closely with EMEA teams to ensure stock levels are maintained accurately. Drive efficiencies in both the QC and picking process. Suggest items for Capex/Opex and provide data to back up the request. Oversee the Quality control process, with an emphasis on keeping company-owned equipment in use and available as often as possible to maximise cost reduction opportunities. Work with regional leadership to construct a plan to improve equipment usage through reallocation, rebalancing, make & model alignment, repair, and retirement. Provide support for purchasing of new products including setting up products, onboarding stock with serial numbers. Assist and report on the repairing of equipment within the QC and repair centre.
- Business System Maintenance & Analysis: Responsible for the upkeep of the asset data within EasyJob to ensure that staff can be confident with the data that is presented to them. Oversee and analyse regular stock taking to ensure correct stock levels are maintained. Analyse equipment usage trends. See the Bigger Picture - Working with other EMEA team members, you will be responsible for driving the goal of one EMEA aligned asset database. Analyse sub-rental and depreciation data for all locations within assigned region to seek out opportunities to improve financials and improve client satisfaction. Identify areas of opportunity and outline measurable paths for improvement.
- Quality Control: Develop QC processes for assets that meet requirements on compliance, safety and function whilst being efficient. Balancing the need to QC, time taken and benefits. Implement and maintain SOP on QC standards. Work with local teams to resolve & reduce occurrences of missing and damaged equipment.
- Reporting: Track and report on missing and damaged equipment across the regions. Track and report on CAPEX Purchasing and Deployment. Track and regularly report on the achieved savings of executed strategies.
- Customer Service: Execute high communication standards, both verbally and in writing, to set, follow through, and meet customer expectations clearly and accurately. Assist with trainings and/or development programs for local teams to increase and enhance technical knowledge of company-owned assets and processes. Implement and maintain safety standards championing the Work Wallet platform.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Inventory management
- Demonstrated excellent leadership and management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
- Ability to successfully interact and support all levels of management within the organisation
- Strong analytical ability
- Advanced knowledge of Easy Job, Power BI and Excel
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality
- Organisational skills sufficient to prioritise work and complete assignments accurately

Work Environment: Work is performed primarily in an office or warehouse environment. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members may use high-end audio‑visual equipment and electrical components. Working times may include irregular hours and on‑call status including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore.
