We're looking for a proactive Concierge to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. Location: London, SW6

Annual Salary: £25,000

Hours/Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 2pm-8pm (30 Hours)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
  • Problem‑Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and elevate concerns as needed.
  • Security: Conduct regular site walk‑arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
  • Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring smooth communication and pick up.
  • Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
  • Safety Checks: Look out for H&S hazards on site patrol, assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
  • Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
