Position Overview

On-site Role
The Sales Executive is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for generating revenue through the sale of Encore’s services. They will develop and maintain relationships with our Venue Partner, as well as with new and existing clients, understand their needs, and propose solutions that deliver value to both the client and the company. This position reports to a Senior Sales Manager, or Cluster Sales Manager, depending on the region.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation
- Drive Results by managing the sales process from initial contact through to closure, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and present proposals that meet client needs and objectives, aligning with Encore’s service offerings.
- Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and appropriate venue meetings as necessary to support the customer event experience.
- Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
- Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager or Cluster Sales Manager in understanding event cost structure and incorporate this into solution designs according to established profitability guidelines.
- Relationship Management
- Deliver World-Class Service by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and leveraging existing relationships.
- Value People by attending customer meetings, understanding their goals and responding to their questions, concerns, and challenges.
- Do the Right Thing by maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes.
