What You'll Do
- Greet residents and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Support residents with queries, maintenance issues, and emergencies.
- Assist with move‐ins and move‐outs, parcel handling, and key management.
- Promote community engagement and encourage use of communal spaces.
- Carry out building checks, report faults, and support health & safety compliance.
- Keep records updated and maintain accurate data in our systems.
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver a 5‐star service.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in residential, hospitality, or commercial settings.
- Strong communication and social skills with a positive, "can‐do" attitude.
- Ability to follow routines, complete documentation, and manage tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of health & safety and contractor management is desirable.
