The Role: Due to team growth, we are looking for a Legal Administrator who is ready to take on an exciting, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the key in responding to solicitors' leasehold enquiries, keeping everything running smoothly, and supporting essential legal and admin tasks. With Encore, you will make a real impact in residential property management!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leasehold Enquiries: Prepare and update information packs, handle solicitor enquiries, and support Land Registry processes.
  • Customer Service: Encore operates a hybrid working policy, with 2 days per week working in our Cambridge office.

The salary for this role is £26,500.
