What You'll Do
As an Estate Manager you'll take the lead in managing a portfolio of high‐quality residential estates, ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations and delivering a consistently high standard of service. From financial oversight to maintenance coordination and client communication, you'll be responsible for keeping every element of your estates running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance & Delivery: Meet key milestones and KPIs, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Financial Management: Prepare service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure robust financial control across your portfolio.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance, working with trusted contractors to maintain property standards and resolve issues promptly.
- Client & Resident Engagement: Lead meetings, maintain clear and professional communication, and build strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
You'll bring a solid background in residential property management, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to manage competing priorities. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage budgets, and solve problems effectively will be key to your success in the role.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree is preferred.
- IRPM (TPI) Part 1 is essential, and RICS accreditation is an advantage. We will support you in gaining any further qualifications.
Experience
- Experience in estate or property management. You should be confident in handling budgets, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring financial control across multiple sites.
Skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills, solid project management ability, and a thorough understanding of current property management legislation.
