Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm
We're on the lookout for a proactive and dedicated Security Patroller to ensure the safety of residents and property on a prestigious estate. In this role, you’ll be at the frontline of protecting against unauthorized access, preventing theft, and maintaining a secure environment. What You'll Do
- Patrol the estate on a regular basis, looking out for any suspicious activity, damage or security risks (External & Internal).
- Liaise with the CCTV control room to provide information and elements to be aware of.
- Carry out daily inspections of external areas (car parks, walkways, gardens) and internal communal spaces to ensure safety and security standards are upheld.
- Conduct regular internal patrols, ensuring corridors and emergency exits are kept clear at all times.
- Perform routine health and safety checks and escalate any concerns to the General or Duty Manager.
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports, including all CCTV observations and patrol findings.
- Oversee visitor access and manage contractor sign‑ins, ensuring proper authorisation and documentation.
- Supervise and control the issuing and return of keys, following agreed protocols.
- Collaborate with the concierge team to support seamless estate operations and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure GDPR guidelines are followed at all times.
What You'll Bring
- Qualifications: You must hold an SIA Door Supervisor License to apply for this role. SIA CCTV license would be advantageous.
- Experience: You’ve worked in a high‑end customer service environment and know how to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Health & Safety Knowledge: You understand the importance of maintaining a safe workplace and are familiar with the relevant regulations.
