The Role: As a Client Accountant, you’ll be managing the finances of a portfolio of estates, making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Estate Management team, external accountants, and occasionally, with clients and leaseholders. This is a great opportunity to dive into property management finance and grow your career in a fast-moving company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Service Charge Budgets: Make sure annual budgets are accurate and loaded correctly.
  • Billing: Handle billing for service charges, ground rent, and other fees to leaseholders.
  • End of Year Accounts: Prepare year-end service charge accounts and work with external accountants for review.
  • Utilities & Insurance: Handle recharges to leaseholders and keep on top of tax admin.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Accounting experience (service charge experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Part-qualified AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA with a desire to continue growing.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills—you’re comfortable dealing with financial information.
  • Great communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (familiarity with Qube is a bonus).
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively across different departments.
