The Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes. This role is central to how we operate: you’ll work across departments to understand how the business functions, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and ensure our technology supports practical business needs. You’ll be working closely with stakeholders and IT, acting as the link between operational teams and the systems they rely on. A solid understanding of property and estate management, along with experience working with business systems such as Qube and Dwellant, will be important for success in this role.
What you’ll do
- Analyse business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making
- Collaborate with IT teams to support the implementation of system changes and improvements
- Review implemented solutions to ensure they meet business needs and make adjustments where required
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users
- Prepare clear reports and updates for management on progress and outcomes
- Triage support tickets and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
What you’ll bring
Essential- Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Experience documenting business requirements and processes
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
- Experience with data analysis or visualisation tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems or business process management software
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience in the property or estate management sector
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
