Encore Vocal Studio is seeking an experienced Vocal Coach to cover maternity leave for our Owner and Head Vocal Coach, with the opportunity for ongoing work beyond December 2026. This is a key role within the studio, suited to a high-level professional who can maintain the studio’s teaching standards and support students of varying ages and abilities.
Role Details
- Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover) - with opportunity for permanent position
- Working Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and Sundays (if interested)
- Hours: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality one-to-one vocal coaching sessions
- Teach students of varying ages and abilities
- Maintain the studio’s high teaching standards and positive learning environment
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Represent Encore Vocal Studio professionally in the absence of the Owner/Head Vocal Coach
Essential Requirements
- Significant experience as a Vocal Coach (this role is not suitable for newly qualified coaches)
- Strong knowledge of vocal technique and vocal health
- Ability to confidently manage an established student base
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic teaching approach
- Availability for all listed days and hours
Desirable
- Experience teaching multiple vocal styles
- Studio-based teaching experience
- Relevant vocal or teaching qualifications
