Your Role

  • Incident Commander: Be the first call during on-road emergencies. Coordinate response, manage documentation, and lead post-incident reviews.
  • Accident Investigations: Run root cause investigations like a pro. Document, report, and implement long-term fixes, not just band-aids.
  • Compliance Oversight: Maintain DQ files, audit HOS records, and enforce standards through our digital safety tools.
  • Coach Safety Culture: Host impactful training, 1:1 coaching, and new driver onboarding that sticks. Build trust—and accountability.
  • Workers\’ Comp + Injury Claims: Oversee claims start to finish. Track OSHA logs, follow up with injured employees, and keep communication tight.
