Zenith are seeking highly motivated Senior Drilling Engineers to join a major operator delivering long-term UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) projects. These roles offer technically challenging work across diverse assets, well types, and rig environments. Projects run up to 36 months — offering real stability, broad operational exposure, and a key role in high‑profile UKCS delivery.
The Opportunity
Successful candidates will support and lead well engineering activities across a broad operational landscape, including:
- Plug & Abandonment (P&A) operations
- Development and well lifecycle projects
- Subsea and platform well operations
- Multi‑asset campaigns across complex offshore environments
You will gain exposure to a variety of rig types and operational settings, including:
- LWIVs
- Semi‑submersibles
- Jack‑Up rigs
- Platform rigs
- Modular rig operations
What We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in professionals with:
- Minimum 10 years’ drilling engineering experience
- Strong UKCS operational knowledge
- Significant exposure to Subsea and/or Platform P&A campaigns (preferred)
- Experience with mature asset platform drilling operations
- Proven experience across multiple well projects and operations
- Ability to work across diverse asset types and rig environments
- Strong planning, execution, and problem‑solving capability
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
