  • Personnel Movement Plan: Develop a detailed plan for mobilisation and demobilisation of national and international personnel, including visa support, meet‑and‑greet services, transit accommodation, and medevac protocols.
  • PSV & Freight Strategy: Define shipping, trucking, and containerised freight strategy, including staging areas and laydown yard.
  • Customs & Regulatory Compliance: Map out import/export requirements, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation measures. Engage with local office to streamline customs clearance and secure necessary permits for cross‑border or in‑country movement.
  • Contract Strategy document & Tender Documentation & Evaluation Criteria: Prepare technical scope of work, service level expectations, and evaluation matrices for logistics tender. Include KPIs for on‑time delivery, HSE compliance, and cost control.
