The Role

They are recruiting for a talented and experienced Childrenswear Design Manager to lead a dynamic design team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape creative vision into commercially successful, licensor‑approved apparel collections.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide strategic direction and hands‑on leadership across multi‑product categories
• Manage and mentor a large design team, fostering a positive and supportive culture
• Liaise with licensors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure brand alignment
• Oversee creative briefs, quality control, and timely delivery
• Stay ahead of market trends and drive innovation in seasonal collections

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Fashion Design or similar
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the licensing industry
• At least 3 years managing a large design team
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, techniques, and manufacturing processes
