We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Ladieswear Buyer for a growing Ladies Retailer / Ecommerce business.

Purpose of the role:

You will help to lead the Ladieswear buying team in developing remarkable product across multiple categories and to identify new opportunities for sales growth.

To source and negotiate prices to achieve overall targets and quality expectations

To embed new process and be part of this successful business as it grows

Main Activities:

• Work as part of the overall buying team to develop an exceptional range in line with our brand strategy.
• Place all initial orders in line with forecasts and agreed minimum quantities to ensure delivery.
• To ensure all administration of areas is up to date and accurate.
• To lead and develop a team.
• Analysis of market and competitor trends
• Presenting proposals for future range development
• Lead on supplier meetings – communications/negotiating prices/minimum quantities/lead times and range finalisation meetings.
