We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Estate Manager to coordinate resources and manage a diverse portfolio of residential estates. This pivotal role showcases expertise in financial management, maintenance coordination, and client communication while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Milestone Management: Ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works are completed on time and achieve KPI targets.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, generate purchase orders, and monitor income and expenditure for financial health.
- Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings, and resolve resident inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent education, with TPI Part 1 certification desired.
- 5+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in estate or property management.
