- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification, or be qualified by experience.
- Experience preparing year-end accounts.
- Experience working in an accountancy practice, desirable but not essential.
- At least 2 years' managerial or supervisory experience.
- Experience using Qube Property Management software, advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and diary management skills.
- Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others and create a positive, can-do culture.
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills, with confidence handling financial information.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Competence with mail merging.
- The ability to build strong working relationships across different teams and departments.
This is a role where you can make a real impact. You'll have the opportunity to lead people, improve processes, work with a wide range of stakeholders and play an important part in delivering a high-quality service to clients and residents.
