- Maintain accurate campaign tracking, budgets, and naming conventions across all activity.
- Assist with the preparation of media plans, forecasts, and budget pacing.
- Work closely with the PPC Manager to support the delivery of best-in-class Paid Search strategies.
- Respond promptly to requests from Account and Commercial teams, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute to client meetings, reports, and post-campaign analyses, ensuring insights are clear and actionable.
- Support day-to-day QA across campaign activation, minimising error and risk.
- Ensure tasks are managed effectively through project management tools and service level agreements are met.
- Assist with on-time billing, reconciliations, and internal data maintenance.
- Actively look for opportunities to improve campaign performance through testing and optimisation.
- Make full use of available technology, including 1st and 3rd party tools (e.g. automation platforms and proprietary tools).
- Engage in training, certifications, and wider Paid Search learning opportunities.
- Support effective ongoing optimisation of paid search campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- Carry out daily campaign and budget checks, flagging issues early.
- Spot trends, anomalies, or alerts within data and escalate appropriately.
- Communicate clearly with line managers and wider teams on progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Embrace a “fearless growth” mindset — learning through testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- 1-2 years hands-on experience with Paid Search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
- A strong interest in PPC, performance marketing, and data-led decision making.
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with data and performance metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly around QA, tracking, and campaign setup.
