You’ll work closely with Product, Technology and Operations teams to make sure change is clearly defined, feasible and aligned to business goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support delivery of complex business and technology change, ensuring analysis is high quality and consistent.
  • Lead requirements definition and solution design from problem statement through to delivery.
  • Apply advanced analysis techniques (process modelling, impact, root cause, options and data analysis) to shape solutions.
  • Elicit, analyse and document business needs into clear, high‑quality artefacts (e.g. user stories, process models, acceptance criteria, business rules).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design pragmatic, scalable solutions, maintaining traceability from business need to outcome.
  • Ensure non‑functional, operational, regulatory and risk considerations are captured early and embedded in design.
  • Manage and refine backlogs, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritised and delivery ready.
  • Support the full change lifecycle, including testing, implementation, business readiness and handover.
  • Facilitate workshops to explore problems, define solutions and drive decisions.
  • Present clear recommendations, including risks, impacts, trade‑offs and constraints.
  • Identify risks and dependencies early, proposing mitigations to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Ensure outcomes deliver intended business value, contributing to review and continuous improvement.

  • Highly developed analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to deal effectively with complexity and ambiguity.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, able to challenge constructively and build trusted relationships.
