Orbit Credit Services is on the lookout for Call Centre Agents to join our team in Telford on the 23rd March 2026.
Responsibilities:
- As a Call Centre Agent, you will be supporting customers to achieve financial wellbeing.
- Engaging customers on inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to financial stability.
- Confidently handling calls where you will support potentially vulnerable customers to deliver solutions with care and empathy.
- After completing the 4 weeks of training, you will move onto our weekly shift patterns to support our customers when they need us.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service in Retail, Hospitality, Care, or related environments is desirable.
- Ability to work as part of a team and deliver 5-star customer service.
Benefits and Conditions:
- Salary: from £25,396 based on experience, on a 40 hour contract.
- Operational hours: shifts vary per client and are available Monday to Friday 8am–8pm; Saturdays (1 in 3 per month) with flexible shifts for client needs between 8am–4pm.
- 31 days holiday (pro rata) including all.
