SALARY:
Starting salary from £27,965, with potential to increase, plus £4,200 p.a. car allowance & fuel card (business use only).
At Orbit, we offer a monthly bonus structure that is uncapped. Field Collections Agents typically earn bonuses of £200 – £400 per month, which can bring your annual earnings up to £35,765 (including the car allowance).
SHIFTS:
- Flexible working patterns supporting work-life balance.
- Operating hours:
- 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday
- 9am – 1pm Saturday
- Workweek: 40 hours, with 10 hours during peak hours:
- Monday to Friday 4pm – 8pm
- Saturday 9am – 1pm
ROLE:
As a Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services, you will need to be comfortable speaking with customers to discuss options that help them manage their financial situations. You’ll be field-based, covering a region within a 90-minute radius of your home.
This rewarding role involves:
- Visiting customers at their homes to support them in resolving outstanding arrears
- Handling water accounts and regulated work, including reconnect visits
- Resolving customer accounts personally
- Taking payments, setting up repayment plans, or reconnecting accounts to help achieve financial wellbeing
- Educating customers on the consequences of non-payment
- Using an iPad to update visit outcomes; IT literacy is required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Clear criminal record
- No CCJs or IVAs within the last 6 years
- Own a car with six points or less on your license
- Business insurance add-on for vehicle
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently
