Salary: From £28,665 + £4,200 per annum car allowance + uncapped monthly bonus (current Field team earn monthly bonuses from £200-£400)
Earnings Potential: Up to £35,765 per year (inclusive of car allowance)

About the Role
As a Field Collections Agent, you'll be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You’ll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.
Your key responsibilities:
- Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options
- Handle accounts for both regulated and non‑regulated clients, including reconnection visits
- Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re‑engage customers with client services
- Educate customers about the potential consequences of non‑payment
- Use an Orbit‑supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time
Working Hours
We offer a 40‑hour workweek with a supportive approach to work‑life balance. Your visits will be scheduled across the following operating window: Monday–Friday visiting times are between 8am-8pm. With a number of shift pattern options available, you can choose between a 4 day or 5 day working week.

Requirements:
- Clear criminal record
- No CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 6 years
