The Defence Executive will be there to support the business’ team of lawyers dealing primarily with defended cases, preparing legal documentation, dealing with specific customer and third-party queries, understanding country court documentation and carrying out ad hoc legal projects.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of an administrative role in a process driven environment

  • Experience of working in a debt recovery/complaints/legal environment

  • Law degree/post graduate legal studies desirable but not essential

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • High levels of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of MS Office applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Ability to manage own time and varying workloads, able to assist team members with prioritising workload
