Administrator

Mortimer Clarke Solicitors (MCS) is recruiting Administrators to join our team in Worthing, West Sussex.

Benefits

  • Salary: from £24,999 per annum.
  • Performance related quarterly bonus of around £400 per quarter.

  • Communicate with third parties and solicitors to address their queries.
  • Respond to correspondence from the court.
  • Prepare draft litigation documents for review.
  • Follow a structured development pathway with milestone framework to reward learning and performance.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Employment Terms

Training period: Monday‑Friday 8 am–4:30 pm, first three weeks in the office; no holiday can be taken during this time.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8 am–4:30 pm, 37.5 hours per week, contract basis.
