About Us
At Encord, we\’re building the AI infrastructure of the future. The biggest challenge AI companies face today isn’t headline-grabbing — it’s data quality. The success of every AI model hinges on the quality of its training data — and for most teams, this process is still painfully manual, time-consuming, and expensive. We experienced this problem firsthand as ex-computer scientists, quants, and engineers. The tools didn’t exist to iterate on data pipelines the way developers iterate on code. So we built Encord to change that. Today, we’re the go-to training data platform for hundreds of the top AI teams across industries like healthcare, robotics, and autonomous vehicles. Backed by leading investors including CRV, Y Combinator, and Next47, we’re a team of 75+ working at the cutting edge of deep learning and computer vision. We\’re growing fast — and to power that growth, we’re looking for a smart, driven Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale the systems, processes, and insights that drive our go-to-market success.
