Role

We are looking for a driven Operations Associate to join our team. In this pivotal role within the Encord Operations Team, you will be instrumental in onboarding new team members and enhancing existing processes to help us achieve our collective goals. This is a unique opportunity to influence the People Operations function at a fast‑growing global company while contributing to outstanding employee experiences and fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.

What You\’ll Do

• Oversee day‑to‑day office operations across our UK and US offices, including scheduling, office management, and office supplies procurement.
• Support the onboarding process and manage new starters’ equipment.
• Organise and manage company events and socials, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and the events promote team cohesion and morale.
• Support teams with conference‑related logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and merchandise procurement.
• Assist with HR‑related projects and initiatives.
• Provide operational support to the wider team.

• Ability to build positive working relationships with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to problem‑solve and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
