The role
Encord is growing rapidly, and we are hiring a GTM Recruiter to help scale our commercial, sales, and go-to-market teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to sharpen their craft across sourcing, screening, and hiring execution. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to move quickly, maintain a high bar, and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience. What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for high-volume GTM roles, including Commercial Associates, Account Executives, and other revenue-driving positions.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and quality.
- Source candidates across inbound and outbound channels, using creative and scalable approaches to build strong pipelines.
- Conduct initial screens to assess motivation, role fit, and core competencies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on profiles, interview plans, and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure smooth interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in our ATS (Lever). Use recruiting metrics (pipeline health, pass-through rates, time-to-fill) to continuously improve results.
- Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process.
Who we are looking for
- 5-8 years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM, sales, or commercial roles in a fast-growing company.
- Experience hiring for high-volume or repeatable roles with clear success profiles.
- Strong sourcing fundamentals and comfort with outbound outreach.
- Ability to assess candidates quickly and thoughtfully through structured screens.
