What you'll be doing
- Customer support & service: Act as the first point of contact for customer support queries, handle billing queries, service changes, faults and complaints, deliver professional, responsive B2B customer service.
- Problem-solving & coordination: Provide first-line technical support and resolve common issues, liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers, take ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Customer experience & growth: Maintain accurate customer records and account information, proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and services.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous B2B customer service or customer support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence handling multiple customer queries across channels.
- A proactive, positive and customer-first mindset.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
