Opportunity

This role goes beyond basic administration. As a Sales Administrator you will support both customers and internal teams by ensuring orders, installations, and service changes are managed smoothly and professionally. You will take ownership of customer orders from start to finish, working closely with engineers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure delivery within agreed Service‑Level Agreements. You will keep customers informed throughout the process, resolve issues efficiently, and help maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders and service requests from start to completion.
  • Ensure all orders meet agreed deadlines and Service Level Agreements.
  • Liaise with engineers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Keep customers updated on progress, key dates, and any delays.
  • Support service migrations, porting requests, and broadband services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
  • Ensure completed orders are passed correctly to the Billing Team.
  • Handle customer off‑boarding requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Support a smooth and positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, sales support, or customer service.
  • Professional and confident communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
