About the Internal Account Manager Opportunity: This is a sales led role focused on growing and retaining an assigned portfolio of customers through renewals, re-signs, and upselling additional products and services. You’ll run outbound sales campaigns, build a strong pipeline, and take ownership of opportunities from start to finish. If you’re motivated by targets, commission, and performance, this role offers real earning potential in a fast-paced office environment.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience in a sales driven role (account management, internal sales, telesales, or B2B sales)
- Proven success in upselling, growing and retaining existing accounts
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
- Target driven and motivated by commission
- Organised with good CRM and pipeline management skills
- Experience in telecoms, IT, or managed services (desirable, but not essential)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing revenue from an existing portfolio of business customers
- Identifying and closing new sales opportunities through renewals, re-signs, upselling, and cross-selling activity
- Running structured outbound sales campaigns aligned to business priorities
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
- Acting as the main commercial contact for your customers and understanding their needs to support satisfaction and retention
