Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll design high-quality visual assets for digital, social media, and print campaigns, ensuring everything aligns with the brand's vision. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute creative designs for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness. In addition to designing, you will optimise your work across various platforms to ensure quality and a seamless user experience. This role demands a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Design high-quality graphics for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, banners, social media content, emails, landing pages, presentations, and print materials.
- Video Production: Edit and produce engaging video content for promotional campaigns, social media, and events.
- Brand Development: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including logo usage, typography, colour palettes, imagery styles, and tone of voice.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure visual brand consistency across all marketing materials and internal/external communications.
- Marketing Collateral Creation: Create engaging marketing materials such as product guides, battle cards, data sheets, brochures, presentations, infographics, and advertisements.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to conceptualise and execute visuals for multi-channel campaigns, including promotions, product launches, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Design Optimisation: Optimise and adapt designs for different platforms, ensuring the best user experience across web, mobile, and print.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse design performance using A/B testing, engagement metrics, and feedback to refine creative assets and improve impact.
- Collateral Design: Design assets for merchandise, exhibition stands, event materials, and other marketing collateral to enhance brand presence.
Essential Requirements and Skills
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Portfolio Development: Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel marketing campaign designs.
- Design Experience: Experience designing for web, social media, email marketing, and print.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with a passion for staying ahead of design trends to bring fresh ideas to the brand.
- Creative Innovation: Ability to develop fresh, innovative design ideas that align with brand goals.
Desirable
- CMS Experience: Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, or other CMS platforms, useful for designing and managing website content.
- Industry Experience: Background in B2B marketing or experience within the telecoms industry.
