The GTM Specialist will work closely with the Digital Hub and regional marketing teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned and delivered in a timely and impactful manner. This is a hands-on role suited to a full-stack marketer β someone who brings structure and data-driven thinking to campaign planning, contributes to content development, and supports the delivery of assets beyond pure coordination. The GTM Specialist will play a key role in shaping campaign briefs, developing messaging, producing content, and supporting offline and traditional marketing activity as part of end-to-end campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Delivery & Go-to-Market Activities: Lead the delivery of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities across multiple channels (social media, email, events, internal communications, etc.).

- Campaign Planning: Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate planning cycles in collaboration with commercial, product, and regional teams.
- Asset Creation Support: Collaborate with the Digital Hub and graphic designer to support the creation of assets and campaign rollouts.
- Regional Market Liaison: Liaise with regional markets to gather local insights, adapt messaging, and ensure campaign relevance.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance across regional markets, support reporting needs, and surface insights for continuous improvement.
- Creation of Scalable Campaign Materials: Coordinate scalable campaign materials such as sales enablement assets, battle cards, product one-pagers, and regional campaign toolkits.
- Content Development: Ability to write and edit on-brand content for a range of channels including social media, email campaigns, blogs, internal communications, and landing pages when needed.
- Vendor & External Relationship Management: Support relationships with external vendors, publishers, or event coordinators as needed for campaign execution.
- Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure all activity aligns with brand standards, governance processes, and compliance (e.g. GDPR) according to the regions.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in campaign delivery, marketing execution, or content coordination, ideally within a multi-market or centralised function.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through to launch and reporting.
- Familiarity with marketing automation & project management tools (e.g. HubSpot, CMS platforms, Monday.com, Scribe and Binder, etc.).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, digital teams, and regional marketing stakeholders.
- Understanding of brand consistency, tone of voice, and content quality governance.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing and/or B2B marketing.
- Experience supporting or coordinating events, media placements, or supplier-led campaigns.
- Basic familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Exposure to performance reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, or similar) and using insights to inform marketing activity.

- 23 days holiday (more for long service) plus an extra day off for your Birthday.
- Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay.
- Holiday purchase scheme.
- Company Pension.
