Engineer – House Builder Leicestershire This respected SME housebuilder of choice needs an Engineer for a varied role covering residential development engineering. This will include highway and drainage design/approvals, S38, S278 and S104 agreements, consultant management and supporting our site teams with practical engineering solutions. We’re looking for someone with strong residential development engineering experience who is comfortable with AutoCAD and drainage/civil engineering design software. Although experience within a housebuilder is preferred, applications from consultancy or local authority are welcomed
