You will join the Compliance and Property Team, providing admin support to the Compliance Manager and Property Coordinator to ensure properties meet statutory compliance and health and safety requirements.
You will log repairs, coordinate with contractors, verify documents, chase compliance certificates before expiry, and keep records up to date in CAFM and databases.
