This is a full-time on-site role for an HGV Driver at our Oxford location. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining HGV vehicles for transporting construction products, ensuring timely and safe delivery to designated sites. Daily tasks involve loading and unloading materials, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and complying with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining delivery schedules and communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a valid CDL Class A license and has experience in professional truck driving
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and adherence to safety standards
  • Proficient in truck operations and loading/unloading procedures
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Familiarity with the construction or delivery industry is an advantage
