A lively, energetic young 6-year-old boy, living at home with his lovely family in Eyemouth requires a Carer/Support worker to work on an as required basis in the school holidays to support him and give his family a respite break. Ideally, the perfect candidate would have experience with ADHD, Autism, in particular PDA, and sensory issues. The young boy is a very active lad and does not realise the dangers around him if he chooses to run across a road for example.
Terms
- Hours per week: variable but up to 40 hours per year
- Hours of work: This will vary and will be agreed with the employer.
- £14.05 per hour.
- Paid annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks pro rata
- Social mileage paid at 45p/mile
- Probationary period of 6 months
- Post subject to references and PVG scheme membership
