Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support client to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Support with personal care routine as/when required.
- Support with general care needs including:
- Personal care assistance, medication prompts
- Meal and drink preparation.
- Develop a positive relationship with the client and work as part of a team.
