An elderly gentleman with Dementia and difficulties with communication living at home with his wife in Galashiels is looking for a kind, reliable PA to provide support and safety allowing his wife some respite from her caring role.
This post is for:
- Tuesday morning weekly 10.30am to 11.30am for 1 hour
- Thursday early evening 5.30pm to 6.30pm for 1 hour
- Monday evening every fortnight 6.45pm to 8.45pm for 2 hours
About the Role:
- Drink prep if required
- Friendly engagement and companionship
- Supporting routines that promote wellbeing and independence in the home
- Accompaniment and safety on short outings
Personal attributes:
