I am a young lady with a mild learning difficulty who lives at home in Galashiels with my family. I’m looking for a friendly personal assistant to take me out on a Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon to access activities in the local community. Escort me to and from Cornerstones on a Thursday & Monday afternoon.

Duties include:

  • Support to access the local community
  • Support to source activities and engage in activities
  • Look after my safety and wellbeing when out
  • Taking me to and from the day centre

Personal Attributes:

Hours of work:

Terms:

  • Hourly rate from £13.55
  • 40p per mile when out with client
  • Expenses paid when out with client
  • Annual leave 5.6 weeks pro rata
