Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to people in the setting, including personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, support out in the community and housekeeping.
- Build strong, positive relationships with people, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe, compassionate environment.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Record and report any changes in the people’s needs or conditions.
- Ensure confidentiality and safeguarding protocols are followed.
