- Location: Stalbridge
- Hours: up to 37.5 hours per week
- Pay: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.01 after passing probation and obtaining a care certificate

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to people in the setting, including personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, supporting out in the community and housekeeping
- Build strong, positive relationships with people, promoting their independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe, compassionate environment
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Record and report any changes in the people’s needs or conditions
- Ensure confidentiality and safeguarding protocols are followed
- Promote equal respect for all colleagues regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation
- Comply with all Encompass policies and procedures
