Registered Service Manager required to join our Team at Encompass Care. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Service Manager to oversee one of our settings designed for individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and some behaviours that challenge. The successful candidate will manage support for individuals we support, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Pay: £32,000 to £33,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the Registered Care home.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality support tailored to the needs of individuals accessing the service.
- Manage and support a diverse team of staff, promoting professional development and best practices.
- Maintain compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, Dorset Councils regulations and internal audit requirements.
- Ensure all individuals are Safeguarded against harm, abuse or neglect.
- Conduct assessments, reviews and audits to ensure the competency, quality and consistency of the service.
- Implement actions and have overarching responsibility for monitoring all aspects of the service delivery.
- Develop and implement individualised planned care in collaboration with individuals, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Adherence to budgets, ensuring compliance with occupancy rates and other financial KPIs.
- Handle administrative duties, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Participate in on-call duties and emergency response management.
About You
- Proven experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to assess and enhance service quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative work with families and healthcare professionals.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
