Join Our Team! ✨ Day time Cleaning Position in Aberdare. One site on a Monday, 2 sites on a Friday, so 3 sites at 2 hours per site! (all pretty close to each other)
About us - Extreme Kleen is the fastest growing Cleaning Company in the South West and Wales. In short, we clean, maintain and manage all manner of sites, keeping them spick and span and safe for staff and visitors alike!
You will be responsible for looking after one of our favourite clients' sites, three times a week as mentioned above. The first shift will probably be around 2 hours across 3 sites, which are really close. Ideally, you will drive, and we will pay the fuel.
What are the duties?
- Ensure the site is safe, clean, and germ-free for the staff and managers.
- Wipe down desks, vacuum/sweep hard floors, vacuum carpets, mop bathrooms, and take pride in your work.

- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly, adhering to waste management protocols.
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines for prompt resolution.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods while performing cleaning tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness and quality.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently.
- Good communication skills to understand instructions and collaborate with team members.
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
