The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
Responsibilities include ensuring the effective delivery of projects and tasks from concept and design, leading a project through to completion, which may involve assembly, testing, analysis and report creation. Take a lead role in projects, including planning and budgeting. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the project plan and keep project progress up to date.
Produce technical documents, reports and presentations for both internal and external use (work instructions, job packs, etc.). Represent Encocam, or associated BU, for external communication as the expert in the associated area, including technical committees, customer meetings and conferences. Provide technical support to sales, customers and production. Ensure a close working relationship with sales ensuring that customer needs are met.
Research and investigate technologies and processes to ensure that the Company remains aware of latest developments. Ensure effective communication and coordination with customers and suppliers. Ensure technical specifications are available for all relevant project and production equipment/materials. Ensure that development work is reported and stored in the Technical Library.
Identify and source regulations and standards to support product development. Analyse and interpret data, identify trends and anomalies that help steer development as part of the product development cycle. Create and review test reports and Certificates of Conformity. Deliver engineering designs, taking method of manufacturing into account. May be required to train other colleagues as necessary.
