We\βre currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our award winning inhouse recruitment team! The role would be ideal for a Recruiter looking to move away from a sales based role.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting high quality candidates whilst maintaining solid relationships with all key stakeholders across their business areas. In this role you will be assigned a key business area to partner, where you will work closely with the hiring managers to provide recruitment expertise, knowledge and guidance on their recruitment requirements, before going out to the market to find the best candidates for the role, using a range of direct sourcing methodologies
The Key Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Recruiter is essential
- Experience of recruiting for a manufacturer is desirable
- Excellent communication and customer management skills at all levels
- Organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- A positive mindset and attitude
