As our next IS Operator, you will be responsible for the smooth running of an IS (Individual Section) Machine. We offer a clear fixed shift pattern (12 hour Shift Pattern consisting of 2 Days 7am -7pm and 2 Nights 7pm-7am with 6 consecutive days off in a row). Production runs 365 days a year so this role involves working a shift pattern over 7 days.

- Previous experience working within a production/manufacturing environment
- Engineering Qualification/Experience
- Ability to communicate and maintain good working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and also on its own with minimum daily supervision
