Work Pattern: Our team operate on an annualised shift pattern of rotating days and nights (07.00-19.00/19.00-07.00).
Job Introduction: We have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Services Operative, working in our end of line team at our site The Park, Avonmouth, Bristol.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible within a defined team for the waste management and associated administration across the site.
- Accountable for restitution of bags from containers and recycling of all waste materials.
- Operate assigned equipment and plant ensuring optimum performance is achieved.
- Primary contact with waste partners for the collection and disposal of all wastes.
- Ensuring correct segregation of waste and waste area cleanliness.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ideally you will have experience working in an operational role within a warehouse or production environment.
- Ideally hold a fork-lift truck license.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
- You will be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team.
